The Vecra Mozambique project aims to increase human capacity for sustainable and climate-resilient agriculture, offering training and job opportunities for young people. Through this project, the aim is to promote Vocational Excellence in climate resilient agriculture, ensuring high quality skills for jobs in an innovative and sustainable rural economy, with a focus on partnerships with companies practicing climate resilient agriculture.

The launch ceremony featured presentations on the challenges and opportunities of climate resilient agriculture, as well as an open debate among the participants. Representatives from companies in the agricultural sector, such as Agrokasta and Investagro, reinforced their commitment to supporting the initiative, offering technical support and opportunities for students to gain practical experience.

The official launch of the project was made by the representative of the Provincial Social Affairs Service (SPAS), who emphasized ADPP's credibility in implementing impact projects and reinforced the need for collaboration between government, the private sector and civil society to make this transformation a reality.

The event ended with a commitment from the institutions involved to ensure that the project brings concrete benefits to farmers and local communities.
