ADPP in partnership with the World Jewish Relief and Action Aid with financial support from the “Start Fund” is implementing a project called “Emergency Response to floods in Sofala in 2020” which aims to support the communities affected by heavy rains that affected the regions of nhamatanda, Maringue, Gorongosa, Buzi and Caia Cheringoma in Sofala province, leading to floods that hit 14,319 families.

Gaza province will benefit from an innovative project to engage TB patients in monitoring TB services through the digital platform called OneImpact, implemented by ADPP Mozambique with funding from the Stop TB Partnership which will cover 600 newly diagnosed TB patients.

The consortium led by ADPP and composed by the Association for the Promotion of Rural Development (APRODER), h2n and Rovuma University (UniRovuma), in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Human Development (MINEDH), officially launched on November 5th, in the city of Nampula, the project called “USAID/Apoiar a Ler! “Apoiar a Ler!” aims to improve the quality of education and educational outcomes of children through the mobilization of parents and guardians.
